They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The office was easy enough to find. The staff switched me to a different doctor and then the doctor asked why I keep changing doctors? Could I tell him his staff did it??? I was never switched back. The doctors attitude is deameaning,do as I say and don't ask any questions. I was told I had been informed of medical issues that I had not. Your made to feel your care is based on your insurance. Your time is not valuable .......you can wait 50 minutes to be seen. Stayed with this doctor thinking he was having a bad day...attitude hasn't change. Yes, I'm looking for a different provider, but after this experience I plan on using caution before I bail.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Called to get an appointment for an urgent situation, was told that they could get me in. I had to arrange transportation, so they didn't make the appointment, when I called back just 30 minutes later I was informed that they didn't even know if the Dr. would see me because it had been 2 years since he did my eye surgery.??? That would've been the thing for the staff to KNOW BEFORE they told me I could get the appointment! I got treated this way because my insurance coverage doesn't start until Jan. 12, 2012 as I switched providers during open season. I was rudely informed that I had to pay before even setting down in the waiting room. I knew I had to pay out of pocket before we left, but, come on. The way the woman spoke to me is like they don't care if you go blind as long as you pay the $200 before setting in their office. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could.
