She is padding the bill BIG TIME.

CHARGED ME $400 just to replace glass not the lenses. Lenses COST MORE, OUTRAGEOUS

Makes you wait hours and when she see's you your rushed because there are 10 other people waiting in rooms ahead of you.

YOUR BETTER OFF GOING T SPECS FOR LESS or another eye glass place. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

DON'T CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 75 DOLLARS. DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH BROOM HILDA!!!!!!!!!!

I would never ever recommend anyone to see Dr. Rosenthal. I went for one visit with her and it was an awful experience. I waited to be seen for about 35 minutes and was taken in by her medical assistant, who was nice and seemed competent. When I finally saw the Dr she was quite short with me, and told me that because I had forgotten my glasses (totally my own fault) she couldn't give me a vision test because she didn't want to make me "uncomfortable" (which I found ridiculous). She then was very rough when she put the dilating drops in my eyes (which I didn't sign paperwork on and she didn't even ask if I drove there) and she then yelled at me when I kept moving and telling her that she was hurting me. I was then sent to the waiting room for about 25 minutes while the dilating drops took effect, and there weren't any seats in the small room so I stood the whole time. When I finally got called in again, they sat me in a room and when Dr. Rosenthal came back in, she told me that I had a "form of glaucoma" and even though I was young (25) I needed laser surgery. She then proceeded to walk me back to the receptionist and told her that I needed to be scheduled for two tests before the surgery. When I inquired about the condition and asked for literature on it she impatiently told me that I could just Google it, and then she walked away. I spent maybe a total of 8 minutes with her. I was not comfortable with her diagnosis and have since gotten another opinion and was told that my eyes were perfectly healthy. I would not recommend that any one go there ever, it seems as though she just wants to perform unnecessary procedures on everyone and barely spends time with you as a patient.

Dr Rosenthal is the best of the best she seen a problem that no other Dr has found.If it wasn't for her I would be blind today.I was Diagnosed with narrow angle glucoma and Dr Rosenthal did laser surgery on me and I've been under her care now for apx 6 years and all is well.she is extremely educated in her field and has many please patient.I'm so blessed to have been referred to her.

I been dealing with 2 Sty one in each eye for a month and went to DR Handler she said just do warm compress and gave me a prescription for Bactrian to take at night. After 2 nights of using it. I had an allergic reaction had to go to the hospital for an IV of Benadryl. I called the dr office to make an appointment said it was an emergency the person said ok. I go to the office the nurse ask why I’m there I said I called in for an emergency appointment. She huff and puffs and said you just can’t call for no reason I said I was just in the hospital, as I’m saying that dr Rosenthal walks out with a patent and says your BACK with an attitude. Then the nurse and dr talk on the side. Making me wait 2 hours after 6 other ppl came in and finally after everyone left she comes out and says hey you lets go as if I’m a lowlife. She tells me to sit and says why are u calling my office for an emergency you just can’t call and expect me to see you when u want. I tried to explain but she wouldn’t give me a chance I felt so uncomfortable right after I walked in and it started off the way it did. now I feel even worse. I try to explain it’s going on for 30 days I’m unable to see I. she says let me ck your eyes she gets the arm of the eye machine about to ck my eyes and stands up and flings it back towards the wall I don’t have time for this. You need to make an appointment. I need to go home you just have to come back when your scheduled for in 2 weeks treating me as if I’m some sort of a loser. I just got up and left I never felt so humiliated and never meet a dr so unprofessional. If she was a man I think I would of hit her I was so angry the way I was treated. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK AND ANYONE that asked me I will tell don’t go there. I’m calling my insurance company a complaint.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
