Dr. Edan has no regards tor "good customer service". He comes from a hospital setting and as such will have you waiting to see him for over 2hrs (AFTER ARRIVING ON TIME) for your appointment. It's unbelievable!!! I noticed him sitting around while customers (including myself) were patiently waiting for their appointment. I don't recommend making an appointment to see him. I was waiting for so long, that I had no choice but to walk around to see what the problem was. And there was no problem....this is how he operates (I'm told)

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
