No, they didn't even attempt to explain

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.

One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. ron balkin is out of touch with modern medicine--- i would avoid his care---- insensitive--- emergencies are irrelevant---- apparantly personal difficulties---- checkered personality---- one star at best

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
