Dr. Reynolds takes her time to explain and makes sure she answers all of your questions. She sits down so that you don't feel she's in a hurry to run out the door.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
The staff were unable to complete the simpelest of task like mailing shot records when i decided to leave the practice ,and when i called and asked for them they said they were sent and they would not send again then hung up the phone HORRIBLE PLACE

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They are easy to talk to, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
