They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
