Kind of. They were able to answer a couple but not all

Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision?
Yes, they respected my decision

My child absolutely loves William Bernstein, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
