They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I feel Dr. Trivedi cared for us as not just a patient but as a friend and wanted the best results for my childrens health and conditions. I can get an appt easily and without a hassle mostly even on same day and they do there best to work with me and my time schedule. Im happy to have them as our family doctors office.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kid. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
