I have been a patient here for 20 years. The office staff used to be so friendly and would do anything to help you. For the last 3 years they have been rude and make everything difficult. I have had asthma my whole life and when I call to get a new prescription they force me to come in. I called to get a prescription for my inhaler because I was going on vacation and they refused to give me a new script without seeing me even though they know how bad my asthma is and how bad I need it. I will be going after them if I end up in the hospital on vacation. The doctors are not good. Once Dr.Volk left it was a terrible office. I refused to bring my new baby there. I saw the new doctor when I was pregnant and she tried to tell me my uterus didn't feel big and that I didn't feel as far as along as I was. She was very rude and was insulting me. My sister also saw her and called my 18 year old sister fat and made her so upset. She has no people skills and is not personable. I will never ever recommend them to ANYONE. My mom is absolutely disgusted in this office as well. She has brought me and my 3 siblings there our whole lives and they still make everything so difficult. We will all be finding new doctors.

The only thing that really bothered me was that I never got to see the same Doctor more than once. I wanted a regular Doctor and always the same one. Sometimes I didn't even get a "Doctor".
