I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
