They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I never actually saw Dr, Bregman. I waited a week for an appointment. Two days prior to the appointment, I received a call from his office telling me they had to cancel my appointment because the doctor had an emergency. His secretary was very matter of fact about it, and presented me with two options: find someone else, or get on the end of the line for a new appointment, the next available one being a month away. This was not preventative or a follow up; I couldn't wait a month. Apparently Dr. Bregman doesn't concern himself with trying to make up lost appointments or getting his patients in to see colleagues instead when he can't see them. I never saw Dr. Bregman, and I never will.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
