I was a patient there 5 months the through my pregnancy. Still haven't met the Dr (in which I've always herd great things about), yet the staff there is incredibly rude. Even from asking around the receptionist is known throughout the county to be extremely rude. I've been schedule for times where all the employees where at trainings, rescheduled bc of the office not sending requests to the insurance company on time, and even electricity cutting off and the employees shouting "THANK GOD LET'S ALL GO HOME.". As if people aren't here for valid reasons. Lastly, when I requested documentation release form (since I decided to seek Maternity care elsewhere) the receptionist was rude and seem to give off an "I don't care attitude."
I wouldn't suggest this office for ANYONE! Though I've herd pleasant things about the Dr., the office is beyond unprofessional.

The jury is out for me on this place. Some of the techs and nurses seem very nice, and the doctors seem good. Other techs and nurses seem generally grouchy (though everyone has bad days, so I don't want to judge too harshly). But my main concern with this place is that sometimes I doubt the competence of some of some of the staff. For example, one receptionist is awesome and very competent. The other has seemed less competent - last time I was there, she gave me an appointment card for Tuesday, February 2nd, 2012. (That date does not exist.) It was annoying to have to call back the next day and have to sort it out. They made me feel like I was the idiot. Another example: I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday afternoon. I had been told it would be a long appointment (1.5 hours) so I took the full afternoon off of work. Half an hour before the appointment, I got a phone call saying they'd canceled that appointment because someone had forgotten to do the requisite blood work at my previous appointment, and they couldn't do the long appointment without the results from the blood work they forgot to do. They told me to come in anyway to have the blood drawn, so I did, but it was annoying to have to take a half day off of work for no real reason, and annoying that I'll just have to do the long appointment later...

I don't know what to think. I'm going to give them another chance, but have definitely been starting to research alternative care providers online just in case they continue to seem "scattered."

This was my first visit and I could tell that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was well organized and well taken care of. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. This day was a busy day for Dr. Greenidge and given the busy circumstances, I could understand her being behind schedule and a bit rushed. Still, I felt she was very competent.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. After I was finished with my questions the nurse hung up on me and I was never able to schedule my appointment which is ok because I dont want to go to an office where I feel uncomfortable. So I will go somewhere else
