Had tests done by Dr. Pawl. Never got a result and when I called for them was told she was on vacation and was unreachable. When I asked for a nurse or other Dr to give me the result they refused and said I had to wait a week for Dr. Pawl to return and tell me the results. I was a patient of hers for over 10 years and they can't do that courtesy. I had my records transferred to another Dr. My new Dr looked at the labs Dr. Pawl took and immediately discovered I had been walking around with an infection for over 2 months. Had Dr. Pawl's office given me my test results in a prompt manner I could have started my antibiotic treatment long before. Still to date, Dr. Pawl's office has not notified me of my infection. Shame on you, Dr. Pawl

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
