Rude ! Not professional , all she cares is $$$$$$
not paying attentions to what I was saying or asking.
im pregnant over 6 months. and she yelled at me. instead of being nice and understanding .
she refuses to take me if I don't go to specific dr she recommended. I wanted to go somewhere else , where I don't have to wait for my apt 2-5 hours. she said no and she hang up on me while I was asking her question.
I would give her even 1 start .
low class, no manners. not professional at all!!!!!

Choosing Yulia Mogilyansky as my OBGYN is the biggest mistake I ever made in my life. She has no experience with high risk pregnancys, but claims that she does. Her poor knowledge and carelessness had caused me a big loss and a life time of pain that I don't even wish on my enemy.
She's has a horribles bed side manners, she's careless, judgemental, rude and just simply does not care about you or your baby. She is not cautious, does not pay attention to warning signs and always quic to blame you for everything that is happening. I hope that no one else would get hurt in her care and hope to see one day she would loose her medical privileges. If you are pregnant, especially high risk pregnancy this is not the doctor to choose, don't give this women another opportunity to hurt and destroy a life......Dr. Shifrin is a good doctor but money got to his head and he became greedy. Doctors take oath to help, treat and save their patients not drag money out of them because he is not satisfied with what insurance pays him. So if the patient does not have money to pay him he offers to see Mogilyansky, who is the biggest mistake ever.

I had Dr. Shifrin as my gyno and obstetrician and I should I say I am glad for it. He is out of network for every insurance, but he is worth it. He was extremely knowledgable and knew his stuff, which made him a bit condescending because he knew his worth. But I did not mind that, that is his personality, as long as he keeps me and my baby safe, who cares if he is a bit condenscending right? Throughtout my delivery, he was very patient and took his time to explaint to me what is expected of me. He was very jovial throught the delivery, which put me at ease, and I was able to delivery a baby within 30 minutes. His office staff also deserves praise, as they are just great ladies. I highly recommend Dr. Shifrin for any woman
