I actually changed insurance companies to keep seeing Dr. Charland! It was well worth it! He delivered all of my children (or at least tried to, with the last one who just couldn't wait!) and takes excellent care of me, too!

they are by far the best OBGYN in the area. the staff is wonderfull, friendly and maade sure all my questions were answered. i would go no where else.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
