No. It took me several times to get through.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. For a neurologist's office their equipment seemed fairly current, but nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. She has made herself available at all hours of the day, night and weekend.
