I brought my mother to see Dr Bloch. She is a very health 86 yr old with sudden dizzy spells, nausea, and balance problem. He did a very thorough evaluation and performed a maneuver that had her back on feet and normal within a day! Thank you Dr Bloch. You are an amazing doctor.

the staff working here were very polite to me. they explained very well things that i have to do or where to go for follow up. the doctors and nurses were very professional and caring. love this place i will reccomended 100%.

They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable.The staff are rude, a few staff members are very sweet. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not doing. I felt lied to. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. It was frustrating that none of my questions were answered and that I left more confused than ever. They will refer you to many other of services there and give you plenty of meds, but helpful, nope and dont go there if you dont have insurance or money to pay. They will treat you like trash oh and run up a bill for a year then tell you something is wrong. SOME DOCTORS IN THIS PLACE ARE GREAT, STILL CANT FIX YOU BUT THERE REALLY NICE.

The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
