They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Additionally, Dr. Bajwa and his staff went well above their call of duty and not only sought outside consult when needed but, provided guidance and encouragement when I was in need of choosing a center for outside second opinions and consultations.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. Dr Bajwa was fantastic , he made my husband feel at ease about a serious issue. I was not impressed with the nurses attitudes, they were very unpleasant .There level of kindness for the most part was none, and two of the nurses behaved as if we were lowlifes. The appointment was set immediately no waiting at all.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
