Everyone at Dr. Egnatchik's office, including him, was friendly and professional. After a great deal of research on finding the best neurosurgeon, Dr. E's name surfaced over and over. He is extremely gifted and I would highly recommend him. It's definitely worth the wait to get in to see him.

I have some semblence of a life back. I truly would have died had Dr. Egatchik not been as cautious with his pre-surgical routine. Because he did...my daughter has a mother and is not an orphan and my pain is dramatically decreased. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have nothing to complain about, they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
