It was so nice to arrive and talk to fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some offices that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. They answered my questions and spent an appropriate amount of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They also had a great sense of humor which is always a plus in my book. This applies to the front office staff/reception and the doctor.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date
