They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always take the time to listen to me considering he seems to be overbooked with patients.. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Often one has to wait a long time in the waiting room because of so many patients. Many doctors in NYC and Staten Island are like that.
