This is the worst provider I have ever had the displeasure of meeting! He offers no compassion or caring options to an already devistating diagnosis. Further, hanging up on patients is beyond uncaring and wrong, it's disgusting!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
