They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Dr. Kumar showed insight and a willingness to pursue radical surgery to correct my wife's situation. He and his staff followed up after surgery until my wife recovered. We will have to go back for follow-up surgery and are thankful to have him as our surgeon.
