I had seen Dr. Palma's reviews and decided to take a chance and see him. I was recommended by a friend, who is also a patient of Dr. Palma. I was pleased by his knowledge and action. I was having discomfort for months and I went to see another gastroenterologist who believed it was nothing. No one has pain for months and it ends up being nothing. Dr. Palma explained to me it could be a possible number of things. I went for the recommended tests and he was able to determine what my issue was. Soon I was put on treatment and I have not had pain since. I would continue to see Dr. Palma in the future.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
