He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Not at all. They ignored my questions

Absolutely horrible, as a new patient, i would expect them to work with me.
Nope!
They refused to see me and my 4yr old son at the same time, saying that no doctor there would see us at the same time. Insisting that i would have to come back in the afternoon or a different day for my son.
Unbelievable.

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I was sent away everytime without any antibiotics no matter how sick I was. I was told to wait it out and come back in a couple of weeks if I was still sick. I would not refer anyone here nor would I return.

They always have an eventual answer for me when I call with a question. I have to leave a message and wait for them to get back to me
They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love that I can sort of count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. While they did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt like they they just wanted to pass the buck onto a specialist for information at the end of the visit. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. But then again I never relax at drs offices
