They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I have been with Dr. Loiodice for 20 years, and have never had an issue. I had to change Dr.'s a couple of times due to insurance changes, and I can tell you, there is definitlely a major difference in the quiality of atomosphere and care. I would highly recommend this office.

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I am always able to get an appointment the same day and I never have to wait long in the waiting room. It happens to be one of his pet peeves, he doesn't like to keep people waiting long. My last doctor I had to wait forever.

He takes his time and answers all of your questions and never rushes you. In fact, when my insurance changed and my kids could no longer go to their pediatrician, he told me to bring them there, he loves kids. So now this is where our whole family goes.

I have no complaints, I always receive good care there.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
