love her always helped me out and best of all -- she is an alternative dr who doesn't just write out prescriptions -- has helped me out with alternative methods to handle my asthma -- etc

The staff absolutely ruins it for this doctor!!!! After you see the doctor you then go to the office staff person who either collects your copay or makes a followup appointment. This girl is unbelievably rude and nasty. When I asked to have my prescription faxed to my pharmacy.... she said "you'll have to wait until after my break." OMG!!!! I said but "it will take you a few minutes." "YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO WAIT." She did a few things I could tell on purpose to keep me waiting... then she finally called my pharmacy and then when I asked for a copy of my most recent tests and blood work. Well, if looks could kill. Wow! Also this office frequently loses blood work, test results and does not follow through on urine analysis three times now. Unbelievable. I feel bad for the doctor. She just doesn't know how to pick a good staff. I've been to many offices but have never seen anything like it.

I have been to this office many times because they accept my insurance and it is holistic, but that is the only reason. The staff is often aggravated because the doctor is running behind by sometimes three hours. I have had blood work results lost that were in my chart the previous appointment and had blood taken by her staff that mysteriously disappears. I would not recommend this office to anyone unless this is the only holistic doctor you can find that will accept your insurance. I am sorry to say she either needs an office manager or needs to retire!!!!

You have to wait a long time to get a first visit. Then you have to wait a long time in the office. At least an hour or more. If you have any questions or concerns there is a big lack of communication between the staff and the doctor. The staff does not return phone calls or seem to give messages to the doctor. I have waited weeks for prescriptions that were supposedly sent by her office but were never received by my prescription company. They ask everyone for co/pays and when you tell them you don't have one they tell you they will bill you for all copays not paid at the time of the visit and on and on and on. Dr Groh is great but does herself a terrible disservice with her staff.
