They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

The Dr. is a good enough physician but the staff are rude and are not helpful at all. For people who are getting paid by my insurance co, I expect a little more respect and courteous attitude. I was told that I needed a biopsy and the DR. wanted me to see a certain DR. to do the procedure. Instead of helping me with my insurance co. (which everywhere else I have ever been they have) they told me to do it myself. When I did take it upon myself to find someone through my insurance; the nurse was rude and hateful as to why I didn't go where they wanted me to. One week later I call at 10:00 am to get the results and they said they would take a message and the DR. would call me back. It's 3:00 PM, no call so I call them back and again they would take a message and the Dr. would call me back. It's 6:30 PM, I have sat by the phone all day waiting for someone to call me back and nothing. So, again I call back. This time demanding that someone speak with me. The nurse gets on and tells me the Dr. and his nurse are not in on Tuesdays. I asked why no one bothered to mention that to me at 10:00 am. The nurse was hateful and unsympathetic only making excuses for the lack of efficiency up front. Her words were "It's not our responsibility who calls you back." What I would like to know is who's responsibility is it for the Dr. to get my messages because they didn't even record that I called. If you are looking for an endocrinologist, I would suggest looking somewhere else.
