while i think he knows his field, i felt that the 5 minute "check my rosacea condition" weren't worth the cost or the drive (2 1/2 hours round trip). i also did not appreciate his asking if i wanted the brown spots on my face removed. took me a minute to realize he was asking about my freckles. really?!?
