I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Dr Cohen and his staff always put me at ease, were extremely friendly, even jovial. In spite of the unpleasant reason I was seeing him, I actually looked forward to my visits. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Dr Cohen's and his staff always take that extra step to make me feel that I'm getting the best treatment. I always enjoy my appointments here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I always trusted Dr Cohen and his judgement. I was very disappointed when I was told he had moved upstate, but am glad to know that he's back in NYC should I ever need him again.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The office was easy enough to find.
