The office was easy enough to find. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
