My visit to Dr. Richter took place in 1987-1988. My primary sent me to him for an echocardiogram. As soon as he walked in, he instantly noticed that I had a goiter, a fact that many other doctors missed in the previous twenty years. Now I want to see him to make sure my heart is still healthy. His instantaneous notice of an old problem makes me confident about seeing him for this important issue.
