Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
