I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. They are horrible and I have nothing good to say about them.
