I'm happy with Dr Cymerman Her billing staff is another story. My insurance is coinsurance plus copay. My husbands company has informed them that they should not pay anything until the provider files a claim and issues the EOB. This includes the copay and deductibles as this is how the Flex account funds are reimbursed.
This billy staff was demanding that the insurance company provide her numbers. I'm sure they were telling her the same thing I was. It was embarrassing. They treated me like I was a criminal. The Dr should think about replacing staff like this that treat long term patients in this manner.

Definitely knows her stuff, but not the best bed-side manner. A little abrupt. But definitely helped me with my allergy & asthma symptoms.
