Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. While waiting for my appointment I noticed that the chairs served their purpose but there are never enough of them. Many people are left standing and wait times are very often long. Another thing that I don't appreciate is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not and they have very inconvenient hours. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time which makes my ability to come extremely difficult.
