I love that he is always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. And that he has the answers, or will find the answers. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Dr C has a strong personality that may come across as pushy and difficult for those of us who need someone more gentle and laid back. Still, Dr C is the most knowledgeable and best choice in addiction psychiatrists hands down. And I've seen MANY of em!

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. They made my situation even worse. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
