There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I had been seeking mental health care from a small town mental health clinic including a psychiatrist and social worker for over three years for major depression and dysthymia. I then sought treatment from a big city hospital. I requeswted and was referred to Dr. Privitera for a consultation. After several years of trying what seemed like every drug treatment combo possible, he took time to investigate all possibilities including lab work, etc. He then changed some of my meds and I saw great improvement finally. I had previously felt like there was no hope for improvement for my clinical major depression. Unfortunately, I am now being transferred to a nurse for follow-up care which is disappointing. I also switched to a big city social worker as well at Strong. What a difference it has made!
