Terrible practice! Just script writes doesn't help patients at all. Not child friendly or respectful of autistic children. Will try and bill your insuancr for visits that you don't have. One big revolving door of script writing.

I tried to make an appt with olga katz office atleast five times in a week period. First time I had an appointment was in July I had spoken with the girls from the Amboy Road office where I was scheduled an appointment. I arrived on time and came to find out that the doctor was not even there she was at their other office that I never even knew they had. Then they tried telling me they told me where my appointment was even though I was certain they had not. Second experience was these past two weeks I had a semi urgent concern and wanted to see a psychiatrist so I tried to call them again to reschedule. I called five times each time the girls in the office took down my name and phone number and said they would get back to me. Finally I called the office at Grasmere and spoke to the so called manager and told her what was happening. She told me she wasnt aware that had happened and reassured me I would be getting a call at the very latest on 2/19/2013. I recieved NO call for the fifth time. So i call back today 2/20/2013 and a girl answers and I explained my issue she put me on hold for five to eight minutes then comes back on the phone and says for some reason that I dont know it says here that we cant accept you at this time. I'm not sure why but someone should have called you when they found this out. There is absolutely no reason why they should not be able to see me as I know they accept my insurance so I really dont understand. I HAVE NEVER LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR ANYTHING BEFORE BUT THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DISORGANIZED OFFICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AND THEY SHOULD DEFINATELY NOT BE RUNNING A PSYCHIATRISTS' OFFICE.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
