Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Dr Richards is a very caring and compassionate person. He returned all calls promptly, even on a Saturday night. He showed his concern by calling me after an ER visit.
He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. After a hospital procedure he seeked out my spouse immediately to allay all her concerns. I really appreciate the extra effort he made to assure my care.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've already been telling my friends and family how great Steven Richards, MD is.
