I just called these guys today and talked to a male staffer. One of the rudest jerks I have every dealt with in my life. There is no reason that people need to be so unprofessional. I have no idea about the quality of care, but I would tell you that if customer service is important to you, do not give these people your money. Vote with your wallet

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Is this surgeon easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
