Dr. C is wonderful with my kids. He always remembers them, and has a playful nature that helps them open up immediately. They are never apprehensive about going to the doctor because of him. He often presents options when giving treatment recommendations to show that he respects your parenting style. He is overall a 5 star doctor!

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Office policies are completely ridiculous. We recently moved to the area and had not had time to transfer my old ped's records to their office before my daughter had an ear infection. They wouldn't see her and referred me to a walk-in clinic in Shrewsbury. A few weeks later, I came in for my newborn son's 2 month appointment. The office staff had lost his records and even though the error was theirs, they made me wait for an hour while they looked for his records. In addition to my two month old, I also had my three year old with me. They finally ended up contacting my old pediatrician, who immediately faxed the records over. The actual office visit was fine, but by the time I finally saw Dr. Condiotte, my son was past his nap and wailing, so I didn't get to ask many of the questions I had. A 30 minute office visit turned into almost two hours.

Today I tried to get my daughter in for a urinary issue. Even though I had been in last week with my other child and they knew that the records were on their way, they refused to see her. My old pediatrician was even willing to fax her records over immediately so she could be seen. Navesink Peds said the doctor needed time to review them so they still wouldn't see her. Am I supposed to believe that the doctor is going to spend time reviewing her medical records aside from the initial glance before he walks into the exam room? I understand why they want medical records for their files, but their inflexibility is absurd. The medical care may be good, but I have no interest in dealing with a place that is so unyielding for a family in need.

I found this doctor to be lacking in compassion, along with some of the nurses there.
