Yes everything was neat and sterile

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and hurt my back while waiting for my child's appointment. I practically jumped out of it as soon as they called our name for the appointment.
Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Yes, they were immaculate!

Never, they are very reliable.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The waiting room here is adequate and there is a separate waiting area for sick children. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always made sure that my child wasn't in any pain.
