Washington Park Peds, is no longer the same has when Dr.Roberts was owner. Dr. Roberts is no longer owner, ChildSmiles has taken over and very is a mess. From Managers, to the Doctors themselves. To get an appointment is horrible. Staff is horrible, rude and nasty.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
