Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

I like our annual physical when I chose my favorite doctor. She is thorough and cares about ALL aspects of development not just the physical. (Although, I have to make an appt. well in advance to get her.) I seldom get the same doctor twice in a row and do not feel connected. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. I had one problem but they would not accept any amount of responsibility and were not particularly apologetic. I felt safe in their care and I trust them but I have been with the practice for a long time and as they have grown they have become more impersonal. Extra charges apply to everything!

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of
