I wasn't going to write a review, but 3 months after I cancelled my last appointment and stopped going, they sent me a bogus bill (they didn't even call to make sure I was alive after 2 yeas of going there). The bill was fraudulent. I called, left message, no call back. Called a week later, called again, got the receptionist who said she took care of it and I didn't owe them anything. The bills descriptions and charges were non description and the amounts didn't even add up correctly. Bogus, no call back - bogus.

For the treatment/diagnosis, although I felt like the diagnosis was correct, the treatment was terrible. I'm very sensitive to mood stabling drugs (whatever they may be) and get awful side effect that can be way worse than being anxious depressed. I told here the side effects were too intense. She constantly ignored my claims saying it was the medicine i had been taking for a pre existing condition. I got tired arguing about why i feel sick all day. Finally I stopped going and stopped taking her scripts and I feel much better. A very old school approach to mental health, I do not recommend.

What a horrendous practice. To say the staff is friendly would be beyond the foulest joke, something equivalent to an assertion that modern hip-hop music has justly served the urban community.

Bottom line: the staff won't remember who you are, the doctor won't remember who you are and, worst of all, you will not feel taken care of nor feel comfortable knowing that you (the patient) are the most important factor in the psychiatric equation. This practice resembles an assembly line, not a health center.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, and they don't make an effort to even try

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Their entire office was very clean. I'm always worried about germs so it was a relief to see that they cleaned it regularly. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
