I saw Dr Reicher once several years ago and he was helpful and made a fast diagnosis including an MRI and quickly had me back to full mobiity. Te last two times I've been there I saw Dr Kavanagh. Both times he was cold and matter-of-fact. This most recent time I was in great pain and he was indifferent. He ordered an MRI but it seemed he did so against his wishes. But they haven't submitted the order for pre-approval to my insurance company and so my treatment is delayed 2-3 days (of pain). I won't be back.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.
