Dr. Marcus is so caring and understanding. I've been through a tough year of pregnancy, loss, and surgery and he's been there for me, answering my many questions and truly listening. His staff are amazing and helpful.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

They asked the basic questions

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite

I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
