They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Lois Robinson, MD was very thorough and informative. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
