Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Very slow on returning phone calls, refilling prescriptions - usually need to call everyday until I get an answer or have prescription phoned in.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
